Serves as an Air Traffic Controller with the 235th CAOS, supporting expeditionary and domestic airfield missions across the full tower control spectrum.

Served as producer for Nope Challenge on Meta Quest during the Reality Breach mixed reality rollout, coordinating Jira priorities with developers, community testing, Discord operations updates, and ongoing hand-tracking work.

Built Event Ops Manager to replace a manual Google Forms and Sheets workflow used during live VR activations. Designed the product as an offline-first operations platform for check-in, digital waivers, live player information, and staff coordination, then led it from architecture through production use.

Ongoing ShepherdTech advisory and coordination work that turns broad technical goals into practical modernization plans, delivery steps, and business-facing operating improvements.

Certified as a Landing Zone Safety Officer for the 235th CAOS, responsible for assessing and managing expeditionary landing zones for rotary-wing and fixed-wing operations.

Built a Google Sheets operations system for VR Villa staffing schedules, role assignments, event hours, pay calculations, and expense tracking across recurring live events.

Completed Air Advisor training in November 2024, qualifying to advise, assist, and train foreign partner nation air forces on aviation operations, airfield procedures, and Air Force standards in support of U.S. security cooperation and capacity-building objectives.

Qualified in June 2025 to manage and deconflict airspace inside a Combat Air Operations Center for deployed and contingency missions.

Serve as the 235th CAOS's informal IT resource, maintaining SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools that support documentation, meetings, permissions, and day-to-day unit operations.

Support recurring 235th CAOS community outreach through volunteer service, parades, Special Olympics events, food drives, and other local activities that connect the unit with the people it serves.

Built and continue to operate an open-source Discord bot platform for TEST Squadron that handles token-based verification, role assignment, voice channel orchestration, and admin operations workflows while preserving member privacy. I owned full design, development, testing, and deployment, including selecting the cloud hosting provider.

Improved VR Villa staff-focused Discord operations by reorganizing server structure, strengthening moderation workflows, improving event communication paths, and adding practical automation for team coordination and giveaways.

Built and led the TEST Squadron Event Coordinators program, organizing a trusted team to run recurring operations, training, and story-driven events that kept members engaged and active.

Led international operations planning for Bar Citizen events and community activations, creating repeatable structures for organizers, partners, and on-site teams across regions.

Launched and manage an on-demand Fourthwall storefront for TEST Squadron, creating a sustainable fundraising channel while giving members easier access to custom community merchandise.

Led end-to-end Discord operations for a partnered TEST Squadron community of roughly 40,000 members, combining structured governance, automation tooling, and custom bot-powered workflows to keep moderation, access control, and member experience consistent at scale.

Organize and host 4 to 5 Bar Citizen meetups each year across North Carolina, creating recurring in-person events where Star Citizen players can connect, plan future activities, and build local community momentum.
