Endpoint OS Deployment and Workplace IT Operations

Small and medium-sized teams often need fast endpoint readiness but do not always have dedicated internal IT bandwidth for repeatable deployment, security setup, and user support.

Without a clear operating model, onboarding can slow down, device consistency can drift, and collaboration tooling can become fragmented.

I supported an operations-first delivery model that combined project coordination with hands-on execution.

The workstream focused on:

1. endpoint deployment for Windows and Linux machines, including provisioning and baseline setup
2. Microsoft 365 environment setup, including Teams instance setup, SharePoint configuration, and Outlook readiness
3. security tooling deployment and support for endpoint protection coverage
4. SaaS and identity support across AWS IAM, Slack, HubSpot, and supporting internal workflows
5. documentation and enablement support using ScribeHow and internal runbook updates

The result was a more consistent endpoint and collaboration baseline for day-to-day operations, faster onboarding readiness, and fewer recurring support blockers for users.

The work also improved handoff quality by pairing technical setup with practical documentation and support guidance.
