Bar Citizen International
Community Operations Lead
Led international operations planning for Bar Citizen events and community activations, creating repeatable structures for organizers, partners, and on-site teams across regions.
01 // The Problem
Multi-region event execution required consistent systems for planning, coordination, and on-site delivery.
Without shared operating structure, international community events risked becoming too dependent on local improvisation, fragmented communication, and organizer-specific knowledge.
02 // Approach
I built repeatable operational playbooks and coordination structures that could support international Bar Citizen events across different organizers, partners, and locations.
The work focused on three areas:
- Planning standards for pre-event coordination, stakeholder alignment, and readiness tracking
- Execution frameworks for staffing, attendee flow, and on-site operational consistency
- Partner communication so organizers, sponsors, and support teams had clearer expectations across regions
The intent was to reduce one-off event planning and create a model that could scale more reliably over time.
03 // Outcome
Improved the reliability and scalability of international event execution by giving organizers a more repeatable way to plan and run community activations.
The result was:
- stronger operational consistency across different regions
- better alignment between organizers and partners
- a clearer foundation for future international event growth
