Lead production and event operations for VR Villa's free-to-play live activations across the United States, coordinating staffing, logistics, partner alignment, and attendee experience for recurring convention and pop-culture events.
01 // The Problem
VR Villa operates free-to-play VR activations that have to feel polished, welcoming, and reliable across a national event circuit. Each show demands the same production quality while adapting to different venues, staffing mixes, sponsor needs, equipment footprints, and audience experience levels, including a large share of players who are brand new to VR.
02 // Approach
Built repeatable live event operations around staffing plans, role coverage, run-of-show coordination, asset readiness, and attendee throughput. The model supports VR Villa's community-first format by aligning developers, hardware partners, and event organizers; guiding players through waiver collection, game selection, onboarding, offboarding, and sanitation; and preserving a free-to-play experience that can scale from local conventions to major multi-day events nationwide.
03 // Outcome
Helped strengthen a national operating model for VR Villa activations that supports roughly 50 to 60 events each year across the United States. The result is a more dependable event program that turns live shows into consistent community touchpoints for players, developers, sponsors, and event partners.
