On-Demand Merch Program
Ongoing
Commerce Program Lead
Launched and manage an on-demand Fourthwall storefront for TEST Squadron, creating a sustainable fundraising channel while giving members easier access to custom community merchandise.
01 // The Problem
The org needed a low-overhead way to fund community initiatives and deliver consistent, high-quality branded merchandise without manual fulfillment complexity.
02 // Approach
I built the merch program around an on-demand model so TEST Squadron could offer branded products without taking on the risk and overhead of traditional inventory.
The work covered three areas:
- storefront setup through Fourthwall for low-overhead order fulfillment
- merchandising priorities and product selection so the catalog supported both fundraising and community interest
- design iteration and rollout readiness with designers to keep jerseys, hoodies, and other products aligned with brand direction
That made the merch operation easier to sustain and easier for members to actually use.
03 // Outcome
The program established:
- a repeatable merchandising pipeline
- easier member access to custom apparel
- lower operational burden than traditional inventory models
- an ongoing funding stream for community activities
