Use GPT, Claude, Ollama, and GitHub Codex to accelerate coding, documentation, resume and portfolio iteration, operational tooling, and workflow delivery across personal projects. The work is practical applied AI: reducing friction in program management, documentation, status/reporting, and software delivery with human review.
Worth noting
A few things I would call out
- Used GPT, Claude, Ollama, and GitHub Codex to accelerate coding support, documentation, planning, and operational tooling.
- Applied LLM tools to reduce repetitive program-management and knowledge-work overhead.
- Focused on useful workflows, human review, and clear operating boundaries instead of hype-driven automation.
01 // What was getting in the way
A lot of program management and operations work gets slowed down by repetitive drafting, summarization, documentation cleanup, status preparation, and tool-building friction. The opportunity was not to replace judgment, but to make the mechanical parts faster so more attention could go to decisions, quality, and execution.
02 // What I did
I treated AI tools as workflow accelerators, not autonomous owners.
The work has focused on practical use cases:
- coding support for personal Discord bots, event operations software, and portfolio tooling
- documentation and knowledge-work acceleration for planning, summaries, and reusable content
- resume and portfolio iteration as a source-of-truth workflow
- local experimentation with Ollama for private or lower-friction drafting loops
- human review boundaries so outputs are checked before they become decisions or shipped work
03 // What changed
The result is a growing set of personal AI-assisted workflows that reduce friction in planning, documentation, status/reporting, software delivery, and operations tooling.
I do not frame this as enterprise-scale AI product ownership. It is practical applied AI: using LLMs to move faster, keep work clearer, and make internal workflows easier to maintain.
