Coordinated ShepherdTech website delivery, testing, design feedback, and project management support so prospective clients could understand the services offered and move cleanly into appointment booking. Core launch work ran from October to November 2024, followed by iterative improvements through 2025.

ShepherdTech needed a website that could explain the company clearly, build trust with prospective clients, and make appointment booking feel straightforward instead of buried behind extra friction.
02 // Approach
I coordinated the launch around the parts of the site that mattered most to a new visitor.
The work included:
- structured QA passes across pages and browser states
- design and content feedback focused on clarity, trust, and service fit
- milestone tracking to keep delivery moving toward launch
- post-launch iteration on service messaging and booking paths
03 // Outcome
Launched a client-facing website and booking flow that improved service clarity and made first-contact conversion easier for prospective customers. Continued iteration through 2025 created a stronger operating baseline for messaging, QA, and booking-path improvements without reworking the full site architecture.
