Quantum Vegas 2955

Star Citizen's community spans players, creators, organizations, and developers across the world. Creating a meaningful in-person gathering required careful coordination between fan organizers, venue staff, sponsors, special guests, Cloud Imperium Games developers, Bar Citizen organizers, 220+ ticketed attendees, 20+ volunteers, and 20+ sponsors while maintaining a polished attendee experience.

I served as a Co-Producer across the planning and execution work needed to make Quantum Vegas 2955 feel organized, credible, and guest-ready.

The role spanned five core workstreams:

1. Developer relations for Cloud Imperium Games guests and special attendees
2. Sponsor coordination to align partner expectations with event logistics
3. Venue communication with AREA15 around timing, infrastructure, and support needs
4. Bar Citizen meetup coordination for the related community event tied to the convention weekend
5. On-site operations covering logistics, attendee flow, scheduling support, and real-time issue handling

A large part of the value was acting as connective tissue between organizers, guests, venue staff, Bar Citizen International, and the broader event ecosystem.

Helped deliver a successful fan-run Star Citizen convention in Las Vegas that reached 220+ ticket sales and brought the community together with content creators, special guests, and several Cloud Imperium Games developers.

The event outcome included:

• a full day of presentations and community programming
• a connected Bar Citizen International meetup at AREA15 the day before
• a smoother, more professional event experience for attendees, partners, and invited guests
