The team needed a focused prototype space to test hand-tracking and mixed reality interaction ideas before committing those decisions to the live game.

Ran a side demo effort with developers and testers to scope, prioritize, and validate hand-tracking and mixed reality interactions in Monkey Laser Face, then translated findings into implementation guidance for the base game roadmap.

Delivered a focused validation demo that reduced decision risk for mixed reality and hand-tracking rollout priorities. The sprint gave the team clearer implementation direction, improved confidence in interaction choices, and accelerated translation of prototype learning into the live Nope Challenge roadmap.
