CitizenCon booth delivery required dependable staffing, quick local problem-solving, and enough structure to keep the community-facing experience welcoming under event pressure.

I supported the event team across the practical work that keeps a booth running.
The role included:

- sourcing last-minute local items for setup and delivery needs
- supporting day-of booth coverage with staff and volunteers
- helping execute meetups and meet-and-greet moments around the event

Contributed to a steadier booth operation during a high-pressure convention window by closing last-minute logistics gaps and supporting volunteer coverage execution. The result was a more dependable community-facing presence and a stronger operations baseline carried into later CitizenCon and TEST event work.
