Led community-driven delivery of the Bar Citizen 2.0 website migration to Wix through volunteer coordination, structured task management, and direct site editing focused on readability and user feedback.

The legacy website needed a refreshed platform and clearer content structure, but delivery had to happen through a volunteer-led community model with limited centralized capacity.

I ran a lightweight but disciplined delivery cadence that kept a volunteer-led website migration moving without requiring a heavy formal project structure.
The work centered on four areas:
- Backlog and prioritization in Trello so work stayed visible and sequenced
- Board and volunteer alignment through recurring meetings and clearer shared decisions
- Feedback translation to turn user reactions into practical UX and content improvements
- Hands-on Wix editing to improve readability, navigation clarity, and launch readiness during migration
The value was not just shipping the site. It was giving a volunteer community a way to make steady delivery progress without losing momentum or clarity.
